Clear answers before you get started
What ages is this guide for?
The guide is designed for ages 4–24 months. It includes five separate paths for 4–5, 6–8, 9–12, 13–18, and 19–24 months, so different developmental stages aren’t forced into one routine.
Will I definitely see results in 14 days?
No fixed timeline can guarantee the same result for every child. The 14 days provide a structured framework for when to observe, what to change, and when to continue, adjust, step back, pause, or seek additional support.
Does this use cry-it-out?
No. Cry-it-out is not the method used in this guide. It explains options that include parent presence, comfort, and gradual changes. That said, no approach can promise zero crying or a specific result by a specific day.
Do I need to stop night feeds?
No. The guide does not recommend reducing night feeds based on age alone. Any feeding changes should follow the individual guidance of your child’s healthcare professional, who knows their growth, daily intake, and health.
